My friend Ellyn was on a summer holiday and I invited her to my home. Ellyn was in a lower grade than me at university. After graduating from university to start my own career in another city in America, I hadn’t seen Ellyn since then. I envied her of the fact that she was able to enjoy summer holiday but I never had any longer. I thought I had totally lost the chance to have a rest in such a hot summer. This summer holiday I want to do something great and challenging—riding around America. You may think my plan is ridiculous and uncertain but I have prepared almost everything, bike, backpack, tent and necessary medicine as well. These common things cost a big sum of my earnings. However, there are still other things I need to buy, such as prescription sunglasses, clothes, shoes and things to eat.
